Last month, two of Publicis New York’s brightest young creatives, Kimberly Ronan and Patrick Merritt, took top prize at the US Young Lions competition in the film category. This week, they’re headed to the Cannes Lions festival to compete against other Young Lions winners from around the world.
NEW YORK, NY (June 18, 2015) – Andy Bird joins the Publicis Worldwide North America leadership team as Chief Creative Officer for their New York flagship office, reporting to North America CEO Andrew Bruce. Bird is currently Executive Creative Director, Publicis London, and will continue to lead the creative vision for key global clients in that role during a transition period. Bird will divide his time between London and New York, as the offices partner to ensure a smooth transition. Bird has been working increasingly on Publicis Worldwide global clients including Nestlé, P&G and Cadillac, and he will permanently reside in New York starting in September. Read More ››
Publicis Worldwide is launching a new logo this month across its global network of over 13,000 people in 84 countries. The new design pays homage to the original Publicis logo created by founder Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet in 1927. Since the creation of the flagship Publicis agency almost 90 years ago, it has grown from a small two-room Parisian apartment into one of the world’s largest and most influential advertising networks.
