TORONTO, CANADA (May 21, 2014) – Publicis Canada walked away from this year’s AToMiC Awards with top honors for their Watch_Dogs Live campaign for Ubisoft, including the commercial Grand Prix award. Publicis picked up the most honors of the night, including five Gold and three Silver awards.
Watch_Dogs Live took advantage of the latest technology and real-time engagement to put gamers in the middle of the action, leading up to the release of Ubisoft’s highly-anticipated game Watch_Dogs. The groundbreaking interactive campaign was recognized for outstanding achievement in eight categories across disciplines:

It’s a demonstration that thinking outside the traditional advertising box can really benefit brands,” says Nicolas Massey, co creative vice-president at Publicis Montréal. “Now, we’ve got to get to work to reinvent ourselves again for next year.”
The AToMiC Awards celebrate breakthrough achievements in the realm of advertising and media creativity, technology and content. This year’s awards were hosted by Anomaly ECD Dave Douglass and CBC’s Talia Schlanger at Toronto’s Berkeley Church.
