After taking the top prize in film in the U.S. Young Lions competition, Publicis New York’s Kimberly Ronan and Patrick Merritt were invited to compete against Young Lions winners from around the world at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity. PARIS, FRANCE (October 7, 2013) – Publicis Groupe announced today that it has named Arthur Sadoun as new CEO of Publicis Worldwide.
He will be joining the P-12, Executive Committee of Publicis Groupe, and will report to Maurice Lévy, Chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe.
“This appointment comes as a natural step in Arthur’s career path within our Groupe. He joined us as Chairman of Publicis Conseil, which he modernized while sustaining its growth and improving its creative work. Arthur also applied his vision and talents to Publicis Worldwide’s activities in France. NEW YORK, NY (September 28, 2012) – Facebook has announced the creation of the Creative Council — 14 agency executives enlisted to provide advice as a “sounding board for identifying top priorities for agency creatives in areas like product, measurement and programs.” The announcement from Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity underscored how vital the agency community is to the possibilities on Facebook. This new council will compliment the existing Client Council of execs from top advertisers. Among the 14 agency elite is Publicis Kaplan Thaler’s Chief Creative Officer and President, Rob Feakins.
“Every day social media becomes a more creative medium. This is a real chance for Facebook to partner with creative leaders with the objective of liberating creativity on Facebook,” Feakins added. Read More ››
